On 30.6.2023 City Credit Capital (UK) Limited at the request of the Directors was placed into Administration. Ultimately the Company has now ceased to trade.

 

Gary Paul Shankland and Jamie Taylor of Begbies Traynor, 31st Floor, 40 Bank Street, E14 5NR and Christopher Andersen of AABRS Limited, Langley House, Park Road, London, N2 8EY have been appointed as joint administrators of the Company.

 

On 20.6.2023 the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) took action to prevent City Credit Capital (UK) Limited from carrying on any further regulated activities by placing restrictions on its permissions.

 

City Credit Capital (UK) Limited was also required by the FCA to preserve its client money and place a notice on its website informing clients that it was no longer permitted to conduct regulated activities and that all client positions would be closed.
